2024-2025 Petko Kolev Scholarship Recipients
Annie Chervenska
Annie is graduating from the IB program at Midlothian High School. She has been involved in yearbook, the varsity swim team, SwimRVA club team, 7 honors societies, and student government. She is majoring in Politics and Public Policy at the University of Virginia. She plans to rush a sorority, join the club swim team, debate team, and various political groups on campus next year. Her biggest goal is to become more socially and politically involved as she works toward law school and becoming a lawyer in the future.
Alyssa Ludlow
Graduating from Atlee High School, Alyssa is attending William and Mary in the Fall of 2025 majoring in Government with the goal of attending Law School after graduating. She enjoys being involved in her community, swimming, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and family. She hopes to continue doing all these things in college and being just as involved in her new community.
